THE HEALTHCARE MOVIE Night will occur on Friday, Jan 13, 7-8:30 pm on Zoom
We will be showing “The Healthcare Movie,” Produced and directed by Laurie Simons and Terrie Sterrenberg.
This documentary provides the real story of how the healthcare systems in Canada and the United States evolved to be so completely different, given that, at one point, they were essentially the same. This movie reveals the personal and emotional impact on Canadians who now have access to universal healthcare because of the heroism of people who took a stand 60 years ago.
