No Other Land movie screening – hosted by APA Anti-War Team
The Arvadans for Progressive Action Antiwar Action Team is showing the film No Other Land Sunday, July 20 at 3:00 PM
No Other Land, winner of the 2025 Oscar for Best Documentary, is a 2024 film directed by a Palestinian-Israeli collective of activists. Recorded from 2019 to 2023 by Basel Adra, the film documents the destruction of his community. Along the way, he meets Yuval, an Israeli journalist and the two develop an unlikely alliance.
No Other Land tells a story we’re not supposed to hear. Although an Oscar winner, No Other Land has been ‘soft censored’ and received almost no distribution in the United States.
