Canvassing 101 – tips, tricks, and rewarding conversations

Are you new to Grassroots organizing? Does talking about politics with a stranger or knocking on someone’s door seem intimidating? This meeting is for you!

This month’s meeting will be a fun and interactive way to help get people comfortable talking politics with strangers. Designed for members new to grassroots campaign support or organizing – but plenty of fun for those who have been doing it for decades too.

Our Arvada Mayor, Lauren Simpson, will be there to run through canvassing scenarios! You will come away from this meeting feeling prepared to get involved in local races and confident in grassroots volunteering. Hopefully, you will have some laughs too.
