APA Meeting: Funding Schools During a Budget Crisis

Colorado school districts are facing huge budget deficits. Declining enrollment, state deficits, and TABOR are among the reasons we are coming up on a nearly $49 million deficit in Jeffco Public Schools alone. There are a few different proposals on how to help fix this deficit and fund our schools. We will hear from two speakers about initiatives to solve this persistent school funding problem.
